Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your colorful new favorites; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Items must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Include your original packing slip inside the package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
