What is your return policy for colorful prints and resort wear?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my Lilly Pulitzer garments?
To keep your prints vibrant, we recommend following the care instructions on the internal label. Most of our cotton and linen pieces prefer a cold machine wash and hanging to dry, while our delicate silks and cashmeres are dry clean only.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes! Once your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can follow your sunshine right to your door.
